WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lipault Paris guarantees all its products against manufacturing defects and workmanship for the duration specified
in the warranty. If a manufacturing defect which arises cannot be repaired, as determined by Samsonite
Aftersales Service Centre, you are entitled to either an exchange or a credit refund.
If you discover a manufacturing defect in your Lipault Paris product, please bring it to the nearest Samsonite
Aftersales Service Centre. Click here to locate your nearest centre. The
estimated repair lead time is approximately 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the availability of spare parts.
Alternatively, if you choose to send your product directly to Samsonite stores, please be aware that this may
result in longer repair lead times
- For warranty service at Samsonite Aftersales Service Centre, please present the completed warranty
certificate or the original purchase receipt. The receipt must be from an official Samsonite retail store or
an authorized dealer.
- The warranty duration is indicated on the warranty card included with the product and/or in product features
section on our website.
- All warranty repairs must be conducted at a Samsonite Aftersales Service Centre. Repairs performed by anyone
other than an Authorized Repair Agent will void the warranty.
- If you arrange delivery or transport to or from the Samsonite Aftersales Service Centre, you will be
responsible for all associated costs, including packaging, shipping and applicable taxes.
- The Samsonite Aftersales Service Centre will assess whether the issue is covered under warranty. If it is,
you will be informed whether the product will be repaired or replaced. If a replacement is necessary and the
original product is no longer available, Samsonite will provide a comparable product of equal value to the
original price.
- The warranty is limited to the value of the product.
- Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.
- If the product is not covered under warranty, as determined by the Samsonite Aftersales Service Centre, any
agreed-upon repairs and associated delivery costs will be the responsibility of the owner.
- Product locks are designed to prevent accidental opening but are not guaranteed to prevent theft, breakage,
or unauthorized access by airline or airport personnel, or governmental authorities.
- We recommend inspecting your product immediately if it has been handled by anyone other than yourself. If
you find any damage from transit, please file a claim with the responsible insurance provider, airport, or
transit company at the place of arrival, ideally before clearing customs.
