Summer is well and truly over. Your wardrobe has been emptied of its short dresses to make room for bulky knitwear. The only problem when a new season begins is that you always hesitate about which new trend to follow. Let’s take a quick look at what’s new this season:

Fabric trends:

Vinyl is back! If the “total look” is particularly daring, it is extremely attractive in small doses. That’s lucky, the saddle bag will be your ideal companion! Lamé fabric is the big trend this winter! Be bold and choose this silver or gold fabric for all types of occasion. Fur, fake or real, is always alluring. This season, coats and jackets are fitted with sheepskin or fur collars. Shearling coats are also all the rage. In long, short or oversized versions, they’ll keep you snug during the winter months.

And colours in fashion:

We continue to be attracted by red that lends its warmth to our silhouettes. Candy pink, the surprise of the season, is undoubtedly the gentlest colour, yet one of the hardest to satisfy! The mustard yellow colour is one of the brightest, a fact that will do us a world of good! The army spirit persists with khaki. Officers’ jackets and military prints will also be in fashion this season. Purple will be in vogue but, without the slightest doubt, it’s one of the colours that’s the most difficult to wear.

Without forgetting printed fabrics:

Leopard prints, to be worn as a “total look” or with greater discretion, will be invading the streets. Just believe us! Tartans will also feature on the majority of your favourite garments for a decidedly rock ‘n’ roll look. Floral prints, already fashionable last summer, are still in vogue and coming back in strength again.
